Delivery Options
Upon receiving your order, a Moji team member will contact you to discuss delivery and installation.
Standard Delivery
With our standard delivery method your Moji tub will arrive on Moji’s Landcruiser with a small crane (5.5m reach) to lift your tub into position. Through liaising with us before the delivery we will be able to assist you with planning to get your Moji into position and our driver will help you on the day to achieve this.
For our Moji Mini and Midi units, we aim to keep delivery costs low by consolidating customer deliveries wherever possible. Whether your order is time-sensitive or more flexible, we’ll work with you and your budget to find the most cost-effective delivery option.
For our Moji Maxi unit, standard delivery is included, anywhere in New Zealand.
Bespoke Delivery (Additional Cost)
For more complex deliveries, we may utilise bespoke methods, such as a combination of HIAB truck, manpower, or crane. We’ll ask for specific details about your property and assess factors like powerlines, road access, and natural obstacles. If necessary, we’ll arrange a site check and provide a quote (if you’re outside the Hawke’s Bay region, we can arrange a site check via video call).
Get in touch with the Moji team to discuss your delivery needs further.
Pick-Up
For Hawke’s Bay locals, pick-up from our Napier warehouse can be arranged.
It’s crucial for you to be present during hot tub delivery and conduct a thorough inspection before accepting it. This includes removing the outer packaging and ensuring no damage has occurred during transit.

Excellent, deep tub being thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. Excellent company to deal with
We love our Moji Hot Tub. We have had it for a little over a month and have a yummy hot soak in it every morning befrore the sun comes up. What a great way to start our day.
We decided on the Moji Mini. It is perfect for us. We are in our 80s and live in a tiny house. The Moji Mini fits nicely on our deck. It is easy to operate and easy to maintain. We love it.
Shane delivered it to us in Gisborne. He set it up completely and gave us a clear tutorial on how to do everything. he stayed with us until the it was filled with water and humming away. He also gave us good support during our decision-making and ordering process.
One other thing that we are very happy about is that the Moji is NZ made in Napier, New Zealand. This is very important to us.
All in all, we recommend Moji Hot Tubs to anyone without reservation.

Our Moji Mini has exceeded our expectations! We are loving the multitude of health benefits. Shane made sure it was set up in the perfect position so we can enjoy our amazing view. Highly recommend!
It was such a great decision to purchase a Moji Hot Tub, right from the initial inquiry their service was outstanding. Personal delivery on site, good clear instructions and the welcome kit of chemicals and a surprise of towels and bathrobe was a very unexpected touch. We love our tub! Use it every day for relaxation and especially after a day in the garden or run/bike - is magic. Excellent quality, it's quiet and it looks fantastic. We are really impressed with the materials and high quality of finish. The control panel is easy to use. The jets and bubbles option work brilliantly. Should have purchased one earlier!
