What do the hot tubs come with?

All Moji hot tubs come with a New Zealand compliant hard lockable cover to shield your tub from harsh outdoor elements and keep the heat in. We also include a startup chemical kit for free.

What happens after I buy from the website?

Within 2-working days of purchasing your Moji hot tub, we’ll give you a call to confirm your order and have a further chat about delivery and installation. Once confirmed, we’ll fulfil your order.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer a range of delivery options, with our standard delivery method including lifting your tub into position (view delivery costs and options). Please note, any delivery or placement methods outside of our standard delivery will potentially incur additional costs.

Do the tubs come with a warranty?

Yes! We provide a limited warranty with our full service team standing behind our hot tubs. Learn more about our warranty here.
